Saw a strange thing in germany. In one night, a couple weeks ago, there were frequent blue flashes in the sky. The flashes were very short, as fast as a blink of an eye.
That was really interesting. In the first part the lights hovered around a conspicuous cloud. Could’ve been a cloak.
Secureteam10 has recently shown this vid..as well. His explanation, as to what this may be, seems pretty credible.
