Take a look when he checks the pulse of the third person, he pans away then when he pans the camera back to walk away the guy closes his mouth because help doesn’t think he is on camera anymore. I think this video was planted along with most of the video footage. For example the video of the cab driver, who narrates the entire video while the gun shots are being fired right above his head, and everyone else is just oblivious to the shots being fired.
Don’t know what to make of it. Screaming EMT over and over again won’t make them appear magically, that I know. It’s just weird.
